Alaska Alpine Rock Course Itinerary

Day 1: Meet at Alpine Ascents office in Talkeetna, review and prepare gear then fly to little Switzerland in the heart of the Alaska range. Our base camp lies near the glacier landing site for the next 5 nights.

Day 2: Review basic rock skills on some of the nearby granite walls.

Day 3-5: Journey to peaks and ridges for excellent multi- pitch rock routes. Guides select routes and climbs based on current conditions, with a focus on challenging routes.

Day 6: Return flight to Talkeetna.
