Senior Guide: International, Denali, Mount Rainier

Versed in rock climbing, ice climbing and technical mountaineering, Eric has been teaching mountaineering for the past twelve years. An established leader, Eric has done much of his guiding in Colorado and is well versed in avalanche safety and first aid. He is assistant director of snow safety at Telluride and he has been on patrol there for over 7 years. His Alaska experience includes multiple routes on Denali, climbs of Moose's Tooth, Gargoyle Wall, Mt. Barrell, Kahiltna Dome, Frances, Crosson, and many others. Eric has guided for the past six seasons on Denali with great success and taught courses at our mountaineering school in Alaska and the Cascades. Eric has guided three expeditions to Cho-Oyu.
