Victor McNeil
Guide: Washington, Alaska

Victor began exploring the cascades in his native state of Oregon at a young age. His mountaineering background began while attending Southern Oregon University, taking winter mountaineering courses. With the allure of the nearby Mt Shasta, Victor began guiding there while finishing school. Working on Mt Shasta opened the door to new explorations, including working in the Wallowa Mountains of Northeast Oregon guiding multi-day backcountry ski trips out of yurts. Climbing and backcountry skiing has taken Victor to Argentina and Chile and regionally in the North Cascades, Tetons, and Sierra mountains. When not in the mountains, Victor can often be found rock climbing and steelhead fishing.
