Unfavorable Weather holds “Altitude Anonymous” at 11,000ft

Attempted to move up to 14 today but decided it was not the time so we made our way back to 11 for the night. We loved motorcycle hill so much, we’re going up it a 3rd time! Planning on a weather rest day tomorrow! Jordan jinxed us. “Last time in our lives climbing that hill, for sure never again.”

Updates from “Altitude Anonymous”!

“Windy corner lived up to its name… somewhat.” Team cached at 13.5 today! Windy with moments of warm sunshine!

Shoutout to guide moms Cindy and Cheryl, the true legends!

“Four-Wheeled Tricycle” Summits Denali!

The Four-Wheeled Tricycle rolled to the summit yesterday in beautiful weather. The team moved well and showed grit in getting up and down safely and efficiently. Congrats to Shirley and Pete!

We’ll be packing up at high camp this morning and making our way towards basecamp in the next 24 hours. Cheers!

“Altitude Anonymous” Completes a successful back-carry

Altitude Anonymous is hanging out at 11 camp after a great back carry to our cache! The toilet paper barter trades have already begun.

“Four-Wheeled Tricycle” Makes their Summit Push

FWT is leaving from high camp this morning to head for the summit! We’ll update as soon as we return!

Everyone I dealt with: Gordon Janow, Ellen Cravens, Lacey Meadows, Matt Miller, Chris Thalman, Aaron Bailey. The WHOLE team is your strength! Everything was seamless, easy and completely enjoyable!
