Staff at the office were personable and helpful, and from what I noticed it was a pretty efficient operation. I love the website with the descriptions about each trip or course – everything I want to know is right there! And the gear list and index is fantastic, it really helped me know the exact features I needed to look for and the purchases I needed to make.
