Acclimatization hike in Nyalam

Hello Everyone,

Today we woke up had breakfast at our usual restaurant and went for a hike on a ridge high above Nyalam. It was a beautiful day today! Clear, blue skies and warm temperatures made it a great day for a hike. We climbed up to just over 14,000ft, and then descended back down to Nyalam for lunch. The rest of the day we are relaxing and enjoying some rest before traveling to Tingri (14,400ft) tomorrow. Everyone is acclimatizing very well and feeling great. We’ve got a really strong team with a lot of experience!

We look forward to getting closer to Basecamp and to begin our climb but we are being patient and enjoying the journey over the next few days. We’ll talk more soon! Enjoy the pictures below from our hike today.
