Team reaches Carstensz Pyramid Summit!

Hi everyone this is Ben calling in with Trudy and Louis and Edward on top of the Oceanic Continent! We are on the top of Carstensz Pyramid here in West Papua, and it is a beautiful, beautiful day! We have clouds, high clouds around us, but we can see all around us in all directions, just over 16,000 feet. We had just such an awesome climb today. We feel privileged to be up here and are taking our time yakking and taking lots of pictures here on the top of Carstensz Pyramid. What do you say guys?!!! (Cheers)

Alright we got a long ways to get back down, but everyone is doing great, they did an awesome job getting up here, we’ve got a few hours to get back down to base camp, and I’ll give you a call once we get back down to base camp to let you know we are back down safe and sound, talk to you soon.
