Team H.A.F.E. says “Merry Christmas” as they settle into Camp 1

Hey everybody, this is Dave Heinbach with the Fellowship of the Malas Mulas, aka Team H.A.F.E.

We just did our first move to Camp 1, everybody’s doing well. It’s pretty windy, people are doing a great job with the tents. Tomorrow we are going to attempt to make a carry to Camp 2, Amagino Col, no guarantees. We’ve just got to be in the present taking it one day at a time, but we’ll keep you posted.

The satellite phone doesn’t seem to be working so well, maybe it’s the high winds interfering with the signal, but we’ll do our best to keep you posted.

So for now this is Team H.A.F.E. saying “Merry Christmas everybody!”

Adios!
