Acclimatizing with a nice long hike, some lunch and a visit to the Tengboche Monastery with tasty treats on the side for Team Summit 4 Stem Cell

Hey there friends, family, and loved ones, this is Summit 4 Stem Cell Team calling in from beautiful downtown Debouche.  We had a nice, long hike today in fairly reasonable weather with just some clouds floating in from time to time.  Everybody did really well.  We went down to Phungi Thenga for lunch and then in the afternoon headed up the big hill up to Tengboche Monastery.   We were able to listen to the monks chanting and where we also enjoyed the tasty treats over at the Tengboche Bakery.

Everybody’s in good spirits and acclimatizing quite well actually.  And we’re happy to be here and planning on tomorrow going up the valley and hopefully getting blessed at Tengboche and then spending the night in Shomare.

So please stay tuned and you’ll find out what we’re doing manana.  Ciao ciao for now, we love ya!
