After snow showers yesterday, Team Vamos/Alp 4 woke to beautiful blue skies, carried up to 13,5 and returned in great spirits

Hello all, this is Dennis calling in for Alp 4 or Team Vamos. We had a great day today.

After the snow showers yesterday and last night, we woke up to a beautiful sunny sky and packed up our bags and our sleds and headed up for our cache carry to 13,5. The conditions were great travelling today and we made good time up to 13,5 and dropped our cache. On the way down, we made good time as well and got back here roundtrip in seven and a half hours.

The team’s in very good spirits right now and everyone’s feeling really strong.

Our plan tomorrow is to wake up early and check the weather. If it’s looking good we plan to pack up camp and move up to 14 Camp. If the weather is a little windy, we might have a rest day here and relax with the plan to move up the next day.

That’s all for now, thanks for listening, cheers.
