Hot showers, more amazing views, and unique shopping opportunities for the Team as they reach Namche Bazaar

Hello and greetings from Namche Bazaar! We spent the last couple days trekking back to Namche (the capital of the Khumbu Region). We have just been stopping and enjoying the views on the hike down. We are going to spend a day shopping and walking around Namche.

Our team is very happy as today we got our first real hot shower in weeks. It’s been much needed as you can only imagine some of us have started to smell a bit over the previous 3 weeks. We are staying at the incredibly nice and beautiful Panorama Lodge which is nestled at the top of Namche looking down on the town.

Over the next couple days we are going to be trekking back to Lukla then arriving in Kathmandu.

The Khumbu Region and Ama Dablam are a special place and we hope to come back here in the near future. For now, we are looking forward to seeing our friends and family back in North America.
