Puja day and resting in ABC

Hello Everyone,

Today we had our Puja, asking for a safe expedition. It was a bit of a snowy day but we had a great Puja ceremony performed by our Sherpas who also happen to be Lama’s.

After the Puja we have been relaxing, resting, reading, playing cards, and getting packed up for our carry tomorrow to Camp 1. We will leave around 8am after breakfast and will head up to Camp 1 at around 21,000ft with a load of personal gear to cache. Our Sherpa’s Kami, Tsherring, Fur Kancha, and Mingma, will also be carrying loads of food, fuel, and other group gear for us to use at Camp 1 when we return for our first rotation up the mountain.

Everyone is doing well, and excited to be heading up to camp 1. We will be back down in the afternoon, and then will take a rest day the following day.

Good night from Cho Oyu,

Ben
