The Alpine Ascents climbers have arrived to the base of Cotopaxi, the second highest mountain in Ecuador. They are getting ready for their summit attempt tonight. The climbers are feeling optimistic and highly motivated. The mountain is clear but it still looks windy up there. We are keeping our fingers crossed for the wind to subside.
