Team Summit 4 Stem Cell relaxing with tea in Shomare after a blessing and a nice walk with great views

Hello Everyone,

Greetings from Shomare (13,300 feet), where Team Summit 4 Stem Cell is spending the night.

We had another great day today. This morning, we trekked from Deboche to Pangboche, where we were lucky enough to meet and visit with Lama Geshe, a Buddhist priest that has blessed many Everest climbers over the years. After lunch in Pangboche, we walked here to Shomare, with great views of Ama Dablam and Lhotse all along the way.

We’re hanging out playing cards until dinner time and watching the yak trains go by just outside the tea house window. The whole team is doing really well acclimatizing — so far so good!

We’ll report in tomorrow from Pheriche.
