2017-18 Vinson Season Begins!

Hola friends, family and loved ones,

Today was full of checking gear and packing duffle bags. Then we weighed them and loaded the plane. After an informative briefing we mingled and tried Pisco, the local drink! Every one is excited about the prospect of being in Antarctica tomorrow night. We harnessed that energy and came up with our team name. We are now officially known as Team Top of the Bottom!

We seem to do our best thinking right after dessert. Please follow our adventure to the Great White Continent.

All our best,

Ben and Vern
