    Erica Engle is an IFMGA/UIAGM American Mountain Guide based in Leavenworth, Washington.  Raised in the Pacific Northwest, she learned to climb and ski in the Cascades, and has since guided ski, rock and alpine objectives throughout the world.  Some of her favorite locations include the Cascades themselves, ranges in Alaska, Wyoming, the Alps, Nepal’s Khumbu region, the Andes, and ski objectives in Iceland and Norway.

    Erica also has a background in education as an Instructor for the American Mountain Guides Association (AMGA), the American Institute for Avalanche Recreation and Education (AIARE) and as the Pro Training Coordinator for the American Avalanche Association.  Erica enjoys sharing mountain experiences with her students and guests by engaging their sense of adventure and a love of exploration.
