Miguel is a native of Cusco.  He loves the cultural significance of the city as well as all the available outdoor activities.  He has climbed the highest peak in Southern Peru, Mount Ausangate, which is a lofty 20,945′. Miguel first studied Computer Science but later realized his true passion was exploring his own culture and sharing it with visitors.  His areas of interest include astronomy, biology, and orchids. Miguel has a led number of Alpine Ascents treks and is considered amongst the finest trekking and cultural guides in Peru.
