The 55-liter Alpha AR is a climbing focused pack, made to withstand rock, ice, and alpine environments.

It is built from Arc'teryx's proprietary Hadron™ liquid crystal polymer grid fabric, a material redefining the standard for lightweight abrasion resistance and durability and features:
  • a removable framesheet and lid, to let you shed weight,
  • a main compartment accessible via WaterTight™ side zip or pull-to-open/pull-to-close top.
  • custom daisy chains and dual dog bones to securely attach tools and gear
  • an ergonomic hipbelt and harness to provide a comfortable carry
  • rope straps under the lid.
