Everest Expedition 2022: Lhotse Summit

Thrilled to announce that Everest team members Karma Serki Sherpa and Gautam Shine summitted Lhotse at 5:20 am May 19 after their summit of Everest ( with a rest at the South Col camp between summits).

Everest Expedition 2022: Team Returns to South Col

Alpine Ascents Everest team returned from the Summit to South Col camp at about 2pm yesterday. Team will be making there way back to Base Camp over the next few days.

Our team has reached the balcony at 27, 600 feet. Team usually rests a bit here, taking on the full view of the Himalayas. Winds are light right now and indications are very few climbers on the route.

Everest Team has reached the South Col, the last camp before the summit. Team reached camp at 3pm, and will rest there tonight. Plans are to attempt summit tomorrow night.
