    Travis began climbing in the Ozark mountains of Missouri and Arkansas. From there, he began his guiding career with Fox Mountain guides in western North Carolina. While working there, he guided rock and ice climbing throughout the southeast and in New England. While there, he earned his AMGA Rock Guide certification. He eventually sought out bigger mountains in the Pacific Northwest where he has guided since 2019. Travis also has worked as a ski instructor at Steven’s Pass Mountain Resort and is an AMGA Single Pitch Instructor Provider.
