Laura Berger
For the last 13 years Laura has been based out of Jackson, WY where she spends her winters ski guiding in the backcountry of the Tetons, as well as training ski instructors for their exams and education. A mountain person at heart, Laura feels the most alive when she is guiding people with skis, mountain boots, or climbing shoes on their feet. She has started migrating to the Pacific Northwest, where she works as a Mountain Guide on Mount Hood, and expanded to Mount Baker and the North Cascades in the last two summers. Laura has heli-ski guided in the Church in Alaska, Japan and Iceland. Outside of being an avid mountain explorer, Laura enjoys warm chai tea lattes by her wood stove on snowy days, and taking her dog, Hanu, for long adventures in the wilderness.
