Noah Johnson
Growing up, you could often find Noah halfway up a tree or scrambling a boulder he probably wasn’t supposed to be on. That early love for exploration sparked a lifelong passion for the mountains, solidified by his first summit of Maine’s Mt. Katahdin. While earning his B.A. in Business Administration and a minor in Emergency Medical Services at the University of Vermont, Noah discovered climbing as a way to become a more well-rounded ski mountaineer—and he hasn’t looked back since.
Noah splits his year between seasons: summers in the Pacific Northwest and fall/winters in Colorado, chasing varied climbing objectives across disciplines and terrain. He’s equally at home slotting cams on long multi-pitch routes as he is traversing on skis. Noah is actively pursuing the AMGA guide track and continues to refine his craft through formal education and hands-on experience. Whether guiding guests up their first pitch or coaching them through remote alpine terrain, Noah is passionate about sharing the adventurous nature of climbing and helping people work towards their goals. On rest days, you might find him experimenting with his backcountry cooking setup, mixing a new batch of homemade spices, or kayaking with his partner.
