Alyssa Leib, MS, RD, is a registered dietitian who works with mountain athletes of all levels to help them dial in their nutrition to perform and feel their best. She believes that mental health is just as important as physical health and athletic performance, and she supports every athlete she works with in building and nurturing a positive relationship with food and with their bodies. With a decade of experience in health and nutrition research, Alyssa’s nutrition recommendations are truly evidence-based while also taking into account every individual’s unique lived experience. A jill of all trades, in her free time, you can find Alyssa climbing, trail running, skiing, and backpacking in the mountains of Colorado.
