“Dreadnaughtasaurus” Makes Camp at 11,000ft

The team moved from camp 1 to 11,000 foot camp today in more great weather. The move took us just under 7 hours. The team is looking strong, moving well and excited to be at the first camp that really feels like you’re in the mountains: great views of Kahiltna Dome, Mt. Foraker and of course the west buttress of Denali. Tomorrow we’ll go for a jaunt down to 10000 and pick up our groceries, then rest for the afternoon.
