Rapidos y Furiosos at Camp 2

Greetings from Camp 2 at 18,300 ft on Aconcagua!!  Team Rapidos and Furiousos had a rest day after arriving from Camp 1 yesterday. Breakfast was a delicious oatmeal and followed by lunch of chicken tacos which were the bomb!  We’re about to get some crampon and ice axe training for the summit bid which, weather holding/permitting, will be 2 days from now.

Hours have been spend playing Euchre, a mid-west card game akin to Spades. Hours have also been spent discussing the varieties and options of hot sauces daily.

Our team is holding together well and look to Emi and Mari, our guides to lead us to the top.
