Team BEST Crosses Over to Lingshi
Friends, family and loved ones,
The Team tackled our first high pass today in good style. We climbed about 2,600 feet to the top of Nyele Pass and then descended 2,400 feet to our campsite, just below the imposing Lingshi Dzong (fortress).
In terms of weather and trail conditions, we had a bit of everything, including a bit of wind at the pass and to spice things up some hail on the way down. Stunning views both on the way up and on the descent.
The Team is healthy and doing very well. We’ll check back with you tomorrow,
