Team Wolverine hikes to Plaza Francia

Team Wolverine reporting from Confluencia Camp at 3400 meters above sea level. Today was our second day of acclimatization towards Plaza de Mulas Base Camp. Plaza Francia welcomed us with excellent weather and very little wind. The team has done very well, reaching almost 4000 meters altitude testing our bodies at this new altitude. With a privileged view, we enjoyed some delicious burritos facing the south face of Aconcagua. During the afternoon, we were able to rest and hydrate well. After dinner, we settled down for a good night’s sleep before beginning our ascent to base camp.
