The “Last Second” Gets Settled into Camp 2 (11,000 ft)

Posted on June 5, 2025 | Cybercasts

The last Seconders divided our group today to do twice as much. Active rest-day is a hilarious contradiction in words. One team recovered our cache below C2 and another team shored up our camp. A wide perimeter was dug to protect our camp from possibly more snow. The larger team dropped back and carried our cache up through wind and snow fall. We laughed together in our dining tent, everyone dealt with the expedition life different. Some optimist pessimists, some English, some Russian, some realist, some stoic.

We were moved into C2.
