Sydney is a Colorado native that started her guiding career as a raft guide on Clear Creek outside of Denver. Growing up climbing the Colorado 14ers with her father she has mountaineering in her blood. She now lives in Truckee California and spends her winters ski patrolling at Squaw Valley. She has two seasons of guiding on Mount Shasta under her belt and is moving north to Rainer for the summer. She has climbed and skied in Europe, South America, Canada and Alaska.
