Vinson Team 2 Flies to the Ice!

Our second Mount Vinson expedition of the 2018-19 season has been preparing in Punta Arenas, Chile for several days. Today they boarded their flight to Antarctica, where they will land at Union Glacier Camp. If the weather permits, they’ll transfer to a ski aircraft and fly another hour to Vinson Base Camp. Stay tuned!
