Team 2 spent a relaxing rest day at a windy Base Camp, eating good food, playing cards, and preparing to carry tomorrow

Alpine Ascents Aconcagua Team 2, had a windy, windy day. Fortunately for us it was our scheduled rest day at Base Camp.

We watched and helped a few teams who had their tents totally obliterated, fortunately everybody is ok, safe and sound. Our team is definitely doing well, all of our tents are in good shape and our hosts, all of their Base Camp stayed intact and were able to serve us three nice meals today. Played some games of cards, did some preparation for moving up and we are looking forward to our carry tomorrow…. (transmission garbled then ends).
