Team Be Like Bamboo spends time taking pictures after moving up to camp at the base of the Polish Glacier on a beautiful day

Hello friends, family, and loved ones, this is Brian with Team Be Like Bamboo. Today we moved up to our Camp at the base of the Polish Glacier (we’re around 19,200 feet). So we broke Camp down at Amagino Col this morning and moved up here in three hours. People are a little tired from that change in elevation today, but we had a great lunch, a lot of snacks, and then also a really good dinner and have been having lots and lots of hot drinks.

It’s actually pretty nice weather out right now, so people have been snapping lots of pictures and enjoying the views. And tomorrow’s a rest day which is a well-deserved one because we’ve been working hard for the last three days, so tomorrow we’re going to have a rest day and adjust to this elevation before we move to our High Camp at Black Rocks.

And that’s it for now and thanks for following our team.
