Hey everybody, this is Eric and Carol here with the Alpine Ascents Team 2 here on Aconcagua. We had a good day.
We did our first carry above Base Camp to Camp 1 at 15,000 feet, dropped off a load of gear, came back and had some pizzas waiting for us from the Base Camp Staff. So we’re full, we’re warm, we’re tucked into bed.
We will be heading to our Camp 1 tomorrow, so we’ll be leaving the comforts of Base Camp and moving into our tents permanently for the rest of the duration of this trip. So we’ll talk to you tomorrow. Bye.
