Big Dreams fulfilled

Friends, family and loved ones, DB70s completed our mission today by visiting basecamp on the Khumbu glacier.
On the way to EBC
We had an impromptu morning tea right next to the traditional Base Camp boulder drinking down hot mango juice while munching on coconut cookies 🍪 yum. Photos were had by all group, individual, couples and selfies.
Look at that lenticular cloud over Everest Oh, I should mention hundreds of yaks, it was like a parade.
We got back to Gorak Shep in time for a scrumptious lunch. Once our batteries were recharged we beat feet down to lovely Lobuche and thick oxygen. Appetites are coming back now we have the Os to aid with digestion.
Base Camp Boulder Tomorrow we descend to the potato farming village of Dingboche where there will be even more wonderful oxygen. Carole & Vern Tejas
