BONUS Rest Day for Team Not MESSI-ing Around

The team took a bonus rest day at Basecamp today as we worked out some logistics and pushed our program a day ahead for more optimal weather.

The team is itching to move, but they are also becoming pros at enjoying everything that basecamp has to offer.

Fun fact that Team MESSI wanted to share with you all: 7 hugs a day lead to reduced stress, improves mental well-being, and boosts immunity. The team was taking the opportunity for these boosts as they miss you all at home.

We plan to be back on our original program of moving to Camp 1 tomorrow. Stay tuned as the adventure continues!
