Guide Training on Mount Stuart

Devin here, along with guides Seth, Gary and Conner. We spent the day hiking into the beautiful Alpine Lakes region – Ingalls Lake to be exact. Our objective is to climb the West Ridge of Mount Stuart and practice guiding techniques along the way. We are super psyched Alpine Ascents as a company supports such valuable training and guide development. It’s so great to get out and learn from each other and climb something new as well!

Did you know that Stuart is the largest granite monolith in N. America? More massive than El Capitan!
