Manaslu 2025 team makes it to Basecamp

Hello Everyone,
Yesterday afternoon we made it to Manaslu Basecamp.  We are now at about 15,900ft in Basecamp and enjoying our amazing luxuries of camp.  Our Sherpa/Nepali team has again done a great job of setting up a comfortable basecamp for our climbers.  Last night for dinner our Chef cooked us Yak steak sizzler, a crowd favorite!

Today we are relaxing, organizing our tents, and adjusting to the altitude.  Tomorrow we will have our Puja ceremony in Basecamp to ask for a safe climb for all.  And in the next couple of days we will begin our rotation up the mountain for our acclimatization.

I will post more pics tomorrow after the Puja.

Thanks for following along,

Ben Jones
