Namaste friends, family and loved ones,
We awoke in Khare to a clear morning and 6 of the Team members opted to jump on a heli to Lukla (– a breathtaking 10 minute flight ) and then continued on to Kathmandu.
The rest of us walked back down valley to Khote, where we are going to spend the night.

The thicker air down here feels positively luxurious and the view from the teahouse window is rather quaint, so we are all doing well and in good spirits. Tomorrow we plan to continue our walk back to Lukla. Thanks for following us,
