Namaste friends, family and loved ones,
Climbing up to the 4600 meter Zetwa pass we were blessed with a fantastic view of the peaks of the lower Khumbu valley.
Snow covered rocks made for a slow yet exciting descent from the pass. We dropped over more than a vertical mile on our longest trek day. We arrived tired yet satisfied in Lukla just before the skies poured down monsoon like rains.
In great Spirits we celebrated David’s birthday. 
We go to bed early tonight in hope that we may catch a morning flight to Kathmandu. Stay tuned!
