Mitosis are Cold wait out a storm

Hello there friends, family, and loved ones. This is team Mitosis are Cold, I was just calling in 17,200 feet above sea level. We are very much is hunkered in our tents today. It is been stormy and nasty outside. We did rally the troops and we now have very stellar walls around our three tents because we had a report today from the Rangers that we are gonna get 60 mile an hour winds from the West. So we got some big beefy walls to the West. We’ll see what happens. Hopefully hopefully it doesn’t go to 60 but we’re ready. Everybody’s in good spirits. We had a superb next dinner tonight of mac and cheese, now we are now curled up in our sleeping bags with hot water bottles at our feet and trying to enjoy the evening. So you do the same and I know team Mitosis is thinking of you! Bye for now.

  • Denali ’24 in a Nutshell

Submission by Jess, Alaska Operations. When I touched down in Talkeetna this year, greeted by sunny skies and perfect weather, I couldn’t help but feel hopeful for a smoother forecast for Denali climbing season compared to the previous year’s relentlessly poor weather. Julia was clearly on the same wavelength because just a few weeks before, […]
