Mont Blanc Team #3 is ready to attempt the summit

Hello from Chamonix, France!

Today is July 3rd, 2017. Our Mont Blanc team #3 just finished 3 days of acclimating and is back in town. Last night we enjoyed a wonderful meal along with hot showers and a clean pair of cloths.

In about an hour our team is going to start making there way up to the Tete Rousse hut on Mont Blanc. This mountain hut is located at just below 3,300m. Tomorrow our plan is get make an alpine start leaving before dark and work our way towards the summit of Mont Blanc. The weather forecast looks good and we got reports that climbers are summiting today.

Let’s keep our fingers crossed with the weather and we will be in touch shortly.
