Vinson Team Fin del Mundo- To Antarctica!

Friends, family and loved ones

Our Christmas Day has given us a great gift. We are on the way to airport. They think that the weather has finally blown itself out. Please keep your fingers crossed for us.

Santa Elvis visited us and regaled us with song and merriment. Christmas Blues was a tremendous hit with the team. Then we had a banquet in a regal hall of the Shackleton bar. Had just sat down when we got the word that our flight was a GO. So it was a bit of a speed banquet……some even got dessert before our bus arrived to haul us to the airport.

All our best, Vern Tejas and Fin del Mundo
