Peru Climbing Team Acclimates in the Peruvian White Range

Hello family and friends,

The team has arrived to the town of Huaraz (10,137 feet), located at the foot of the majestic White Range. Team members Amy, Sharon, John and Paul are doing well. They are impressed by the beauty of the Peruvian mountains. Yesterday, they visited the Wilcahuain pre-Inca ruins and admired the views from the Rataquenua lookout. Today they took an acclimatization hike to beautiful Churup lake (14,714 feet), enjoying clear blue skies.

Tomorrow they will review glacier skills on the Huarapasca glacier.

They send their best to family and friends.

More soon!

We hope you enjoy the attached pictures!
