The rest day began with a light breakfast in the dome. The group cleared the table and self lead a yoga session to work on circulation and breathing. A group of the mulas locas went out to Gnar Rock, a v9000 class boulder problem outside the base camp and scampered around on it The guides went to the depot tent and assembled group loads and food bags for the team. 15 loads assembled, 20L of white gas, cook gear, and approxomately 200lbs of food for the 10 days that could possibly spent at altitude. The team squeezed in a medical check up and the doctor at camp cleared all Mulas Locas to make the carry of our provisions from Plaza de Argentina to Camp 1. The guides finished packing and joined the team in the dining tent to eat ravioli with the rest of the team. The team went to bed before last light.
