Trekking in Bhutan: Punaka

Hello Everyone,

Today we said goodbye to our wonderful Bhutanese crew and headed down the windy, muddy road by van to Punaka. After arriving at our hotel we went into town to visit the famous Punaka Fortress, situated in between the Male and Female rivers. After touring the fortress we walked around town and then headed back to the hotel for dinner. Tomorrow we head to Thimpu, the capital city of Bhutan. We will spend our last day touring the city and doing some shopping before flying out early the next day. It’s been an incredible journey!

Thanks for following along,

Ben
