Relaxing in Basecamp before heading up on Everest

Hello Everyone,

Since our arrival back from Lobuche East peak we have been resting, playing games, and hanging indoors as it has been quite windy and cold the last few days.  This morning after breakfast we will head up into the lower icefall for a couple hours for a “dry run”, to get a little more practice on the fixed lines.  The team is healthy and strong and really enjoying the comforts of our basecamp.

I’m planning for us to head up on our rotation to C1, C2, and C3 in the next few days.

Thanks for following along,

Ben Jones
