Our July 2 – 5 Shuksan Fisher Chimneys climb just returned victorious from the North Cascades. This was our first Fisher Chimneys climb of the summer and guides reported excellent climbing conditions. The Chimneys are almost completely snow-free. Winnie’s Slide and the Upper Curtis Glacier are also very straightforward nearly free of crevasses. Even better, there is also running water at the high Winne’s bivy. Everyone summited and had a great time!
