Hi everyone,
I’m happy to report that the team was able to successfully summit Orizaba! We left early in the morning and the first couple folks arrived at the top around 7:30am on Jan 5. Other members arrived shortly afterwards and we enjoyed another day of perfect climbing weather. Back in base camp, we loaded up our gear and began the journey back down the mountain and on towards Mexico City. We had one last group dinner and now folks are preparing to fly home or spend some extra time exploring Mexico City. Thanks for following along and I hope to see folks on future climbs!
