Hola friends, family and loved ones,
Today was our first real test of our fortitude. We made another carry of food and fuel to Camp 1. However, this time it was quite a bit different. A big storm front has hit the mountains with high winds and squalls of snow. Yet everyone was game and we pushed on through the thick of it ultimately to succeed in getting important supplies in place for our up coming attempt.
We overcame and are sitting pretty whenever the weather breaks. Tomorrow is a day of rest for us and that should rejuvenate us immensely.
