Aconcagua Team Ice Scream Returns to Mendoza

Friends, family and loved ones,

‘Twas a big day for the Ice cream dream team as we departed base camp ⛺ and hiked out of the mountains and back to civilization.

We took another photo at the same sign we started at so you can compare before and after details. It was a fine day for trekking and we were allowed a final glimpse of the summit from afar. It’s hard to believe we were just up there less than 24 hours ago.

And now for some serious showers and some well deserved rest and recuperation.

All our best, Carole and Vern Tejas
